Marco Tulio Montañés-Rumayor is Legal Counsel on one of the Case Management Teams.
Mr. Montañés-Rumayor joined ICSID in May 2008.
Prior to joining ICSID, he worked as an associate with KPMG in Monterrey, Mexico (2003 – 2004) and with Marzulla Law in Washington, D.C. (2005 – 2007). He also worked as lecturer at Tec de Monterrey, Mexico.
Mr. Montañés-Rumayor holds degrees from Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M.) and Tec de Monterrey (Law Degree). He is admitted to practice law in Mexico.
He speaks English and Spanish.
