Azeb Debebe Mengistu is a Sr. Finance Officer on the Finance and Administration Team.

Ms. Mengistu joined ICSID in April 2013.

Prior to joining ICSID, she worked as a Financial Controller for Sweetgreen Inc. (2009 – 2013) and as a Company and Management Accountant in the commercial industry in the United Kingdom (1997 – 2009).

Ms. Mengistu holds a degree from the Southbank University, London (B.A.). She is also a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom.

She speaks English and Amharic.
