Costs - ICSID Mediation (2022)

Unless the parties agree otherwise, the fees and expenses of the mediator(s) and the administrative charges relating to the use of ICSID's facilities are borne equally by the parties, as each party bears its own expenses incurred in connection with the mediation proceedings, including its legal costs (Mediation Rule 9).

The ICSID Schedule of Fees and the Memorandum on Fees apply to ICSID mediation proceedings.
