​This year, two submissions tied for first place in the 2015 ICSID Review—Foreign Investment Law Journal Student Writing Competition. ICSID wishes to congratulate Ms. Lisa M. Bohmer and Mr. Peter Tzeng as the two winners of the Competition. Ms. Bohmer, a Doctor of Philosophy Candidate at the University of Paris I, Panthéon- Sorbonne and an LL.M graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, discussed “Finality in ICSID Arbitration Revisited”. Mr. Tzeng, a Juris Doctor Candidate at Yale University Law School, discussed “Deferring Future Damages to Future Tribunals: The Jurisdictional Obstacles”. Both essays will be published in an upcoming issue of the ICSID Review. We would like to thank all of the students who submitted papers for the annual Competition, and we are grateful to are grateful to Mr. Antonio Parra, Mr. Oscar M.
