A hearing in the above case is scheduled to take place virtually from November 15 to November 20, 2021.

Pursuant to Article 10.21.2 of the Dominican Republic-Central America Free Trade Agreement of 2006, the hearing shall be open to the public, except for those parts involving protected information. A video of the hearing will be posted on the ICSID website after the hearing.
