​The hearing on jurisdiction and the merits in the Apotex Holdings Inc. and Apotex Inc. v. United States case is scheduled to take place before a three-member arbitral tribunal from Monday, November 18, 2013 through Tuesday, November 26, 2013.

This case has been initiated under Chapter Eleven of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the ICSID Arbitration (Additional Facility) Rules. It is administered by ICSID.

The parties have agreed to make the hearing open to the public, except for those parts which involve confidential matters. The hearing will be broadcast live in English at the World Bank facilities in Washington, DC. The room, J2-015, is located at 701 18th Street NW, Washington, DC 20006. Members of the public wishing to attend are requested to contact Ms. Lamiss Al-Tashi (laltashi@worldbank.org) of ICSID. All members of the public will be requested to provide their names and e-mail addresses in advance, in order to arrange for access to the broadcast room.

Cameras and recording equipment are not allowed on the premises.
